It’s no surprise that change happens—often. As leaders, we must be ready to tackle changes whether they are driven by an external force (e.g., a merger) or an internal inspiration (e.g., expansion and growth). When a change happens, leadership must analyze both the risks and opportunities before making a plan to move forward. All of this requires knowing how to adapt to change in the workplace.
